Shirring
- Oversea Casing can shirr Fibrous casings for fast casing loading and maximum production efficiency
- Shirred casings can be printed or unprinted
Pre-sticking
- We can pre-stick fibrous and unoriented plastic casings with patterns of tiny holes to allow air and liquid to escape during processing
- Larger holes can be drilled into the ends of casings for easier whole muscle processing
End Closure / Cutting
- Fibrous and Plastic casings can be cut to your specifications
- Casings can be finished with a string tie, metal clip or metal clip with loop
